Two people sought by police have been arrested today for committing burglary with a weapon, according to a police spokesperson.

"Police executed a search warrant at a Waimapu Pa Road address this morning," says the police spokesperson.

The police spokesperson says the men were aged "38 and 25".

"They have been charged with committing burglary with a weapon and are due to appear in Tauranga Court tomorrow."
