A school bus and car have crashed this morning in Welcome Bay according to SunLive readers at the scene.

One SunLive reader says the crash is near Greenwood Retirement Village.

"Police are directing traffic. I can't see any people or ambulances," says the reader.

"It looks like it is bus 904a."

A police spokesperson says there are "no reports of injuries" after the event.

"Appears to be minor," says the police spokesperson.
