On Friday, 16 February, 2024 Olwen passed away peacefully at Bob Owens Retirement Village in Tauranga, aged 90.  Adored wife of the late Harry Carey and the late Jock Marshall.  Loved mother and mother-in-law of Lynette, Bruce and Frances, and Sue and Garry.  Grandma “Olwen” to Nick, Jessica, Kate, Alister, and Thomas and great grandma to 9 littlies.  At Olwen’s request, a private family funeral has been held.  Thanks to the special care unit team at Bob Owens who cared for Olwen with such kindness and love.  Communications to Olwen’s family C/- Bay Cremation Care, PO Box 15513, Tauranga 3144.
