Emergency services are at the scene of a house fire in Pāpāmoa.
"We are in attendance of a house fire, we have a crew from Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and Pāpāmoa in attendance," says a spokesperson from fire and emergency services.
"Police are attending a house fire in Gravatt Road," says a police spokesperson.
The incident was reported to police at 4.40pm.
The spokesperson says the police are there for traffic management at this time.

Saw it live,very sad for the owners.
Unfortunately, the neighborhood came out to see it some with smiley faces with excitement, how sad!!!
