Temporary speed limits are being planned for a section of State Highway 29 this week.
According to an NZ Transport Waka Kotahi alert, street light maintenance will take place on SH29 from McLaren Falls Road to Thorn Road.
"Works will take place from Monday, August 5, to Friday, August 9, from 6am to 6pm - weather permitting, " says the NZTA alert.
"Lane diversion with 50km/h speed limits will be in place during these hours."
People are being warned to expect minor delays while the works are taking place.
