Passed away peacefully with family by her side on 14 September 2024. Soulmate of Roly. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Chris and Ali, Gareth and Raewyn, Linda and Clyde. Devoted Chook to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. According to Pat’s wishes a memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date; please contact the family for further details.
