Went down for the count on December 17, 2024 at Waikato Hospital after a massive brain bleed outside his Kawhia house the previous morning. He was 69.

Family were with him when he slipped away quickly and gently.

Much adored brother of Peter, Paul, Jenny, Trevor, and Steve, and loved also by in-laws Sandy, Judy, and Joy,

and nieces Katrina, Natasha, Rochelle, Joanna, Dana, and Minka, and nephews Kurt, Craig, Stefan and Andre.

A great artist, and a great friend to many in Kawhia, the Mount, Hamilton, Auckland, Whanganui, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill and beyond.

Funeral service at St Andrew's, Dee Street, Mount Maunganui, on Monday, 23rd December at 1:30pm.
