Royal visit for local marae

The Maori King Tuheitia Paki is visiting 30 maraes in the North Island spending Saturday at the Huria Marae, Judea.
Tuheitia and his entourage of 150 members of the Tainui Tribe were welcomed onto the marae as part of their annual visit to strengthen relationships between tribes.
The ceremony included speeches by elders as well as waiata (songs).
He will visit another 13 marae this year
