The farm manager killed in Welcome Bay when his quad bike rolled on Tuesday was Hans Josef Meier.
Police say he was aged 66 and was located on the rural property about 5.45pm on March 4.
Hans Josef Meier died in a quad bike accident on a farm in Welcome Bay.
Hans leaves behind his wife Anne and two children.
He is described as being a loving, thoughtful and kind person who was taken too soon.
Hans' funeral is at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga, on Monday, 10 March 2014, at 1pm, followed by private cremation.

Farmers!! Please please stop thinking and using these bikes as though they are invincible!! They will NOT climb hills like a horse..and on the way down on wet grass...they are fatal.
