Police's Maritime Unit is asking boaties for information that will help locate a boat and trailer stolen from the Coromandel in September.

A blue Fyran 540 Horizon Aluminium boat with cuddy cabin and canopy, plus a single axle galvanised express trailer were both stolen from a Port Charles location on September 10.

Police's Maritime Unit describes the Fryan's motor as a Mariner 90hp outboard silver grey colour with Mariner decals.

A distinguishing feature of the Fryan is the white GPS receiver fixed to the aluminium cabin top starboard side just in front of the screen.

Other features include a missing starboard bow rail, two instrument brackets fitted to the dash with no instruments fitted, plus two grey plastic seats fitted inside.
