Two vehicles have crash at the intersection of 15th Ave and Fraser Street.
A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says the crash is near the intersection of Fraser Street and 15th Ave.
'One vehicle looks like it is smoking.”
A reporter at the scene believes it will take quite a while to clear.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash and motorists are being advised to expect delays until the crash scene is cleared.
Traffic is being directed around the crash scene.
