The cause behind a Te Puke house fire which ravaged a Queen St property is yet to be determined.
Northern Fire Communications shift manager Karen Larking says the fire was reported at 12.35pm.
'We are still in attendance. A fire investigator is working to establish how the fire started and we have two appliances still on site.”
She says the house was well-involved in fire when crews arrived.
'No one was at the property at the time.”
