Beloved and cherished husband and best friend of Kate for over 50 years, proud Dad of Morgan and much loved Grandpa of Marlo and Hollie. Mike's passionate and tireless efforts in many areas of conservation are notable. He has been tremendously influential in actions and achievements for protection of the marine environment and conservation of marine mammals in New Zealand, the South Pacific and across the world.
Our hearts are heavy and we are grateful for the many messages and tributes acknowledging Mike in so many ways. A service will be held in the Coromandel Citizens' Hall, 455 Kapanga Road, Coromandel on Friday 9th December at 12:00pm.
