At rest. Passed away after a short illness, in Mount Maunganui, on Wednesday 18^th January 2023 aged 96 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Frank. Mother of Alec and Mary and the late Wayne. Grandmother of Jason. Sister of Judy (Australia), Rose, Joy, and Gordon (all deceased), and beloved of nephews Rick, Denny, Lance, and niece Linda. Special thanks to the people of Somervale Care Home and previous neighbours of Vi. A memorial gathering will be held in Auckland at the family's home at 2pm on Saturday, January 28^th.
