On 28 April 2023, at Palmerston North Hospital, aged 90, formerly from Tauranga and Ngakuru. Dearly loved husband of the late Ileene, loved father and father-in-law of Cynthia and Mark Ward (Levin), Sonia and Craig Munro (Flat Bush Manukau). Loved granddad of Alex, Sophie, Otto, Benjamin and Nathanael. Loved brother-in-law of Elinor Elder, the late Winnie Ingram, Doreen Jenkins, and Patty Clow. A service to celebrate Eric's life, will be held at the Legacy Funerals Chapel, 383 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga, at 10.30am Saturday 6 May, followed by refreshments and burial.
