Emergency services are responding to the scene of a vehicle collision on State Highway 2 between Mangatarata and Paeroa.
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi advise that due to a crash on SH2 at Ngatea, the northbound lane is blocked.
Pass the scene with care and expect delays," says an NZTA spokesperson.
It is unknown at this stage if there are any injuries.
