A campervan has rolled on State Highway 2 in the Athenree Gorge.

Police received a report at 7.55am that a campervan has rolled on SH 2, between Mathers Road and Tauranga Road.

"One person has minor injuries," says a police spokesperson. 

The campervan is reported to be blocking the northbound lane, but a caller has advised that traffic can get past.

Mortorists are advised to follow directions of emergency services on site and expect delays.

Police say towing has been requested.
